This is a new art studio, and the electrics need a bit of work. Here are the specs for the job:
The cable needs to be put back across this freshly walled up section, and droppers down to at least 3 double sockets added.
Ideally these 3 sockets would be isolated from the rest of the building to enable computers to be powered without interference from other power uses (welding for example).
The lighting part involves putting plugs inline with the current fluorescent tubes, so we can extend them ourselves, and add extra lights with independent switches if necessary.
